Cornerstone Meat and Bone is a family-owned raw pet food provider founded in July 2022 in the heart of Morningside Meadows, Alberta. Built as the sister company to G & S Meats — a trusted local butcher serving the community since 2009 — Cornerstone focuses on producing high-quality, nutritious raw food blends for dogs and cats using real meat, organs, and bones.
 
The Chicken Beef Blends consists of 42% chicken w/ bone, 31% beef, 18% tripe, 9% beef organs.
 
Chicken is an excellent protein choice in a few circumstances such as giving extra calories in the form of fat to lactating females, real working dogs who have jobs pulling sleds or working livestock and puppies. Puppies in their first 6 months of life need chicken as it provides calcium and phosphorus in perfect balance for growing bones and developing joints, along with that high fat content to replace what they had been receiving from Mom’s milk.
 
Beef protein is highly nutritious and promotes muscle maintenance and growth. It is also an abundant source of bioactive compounds and antioxidants such as creatine, taurine, glutathione, and CLA (conjugated linoleic acid).
 
Available in 5.5 lb. boxes of 1/4 lb. cubes, 15 lb. boxes of 1/2 lb. bricks, 20 lb. bags of 1/2 lb. bricks or 40 lb. bags of 1 lb. slabs
